We don’t use any sugar to make our lollies, we use real food ingredients like tapioca starch and chicory root fibre that actually give a sweet flavour. We then add a touch of the all-natural stevia leaf to balance things out. This means we’re up to 91% less sugar than your average lolly. We also use delicious natural flavours like peach, raspberry, apple and lemon to give our lollies the yum factor!

We believe in using real ingredients to sweeten our lollies such as natural fibres and stevia. Many sugar-free or ‘no sugar added’ brands use sugar alcohols (or polyols) to sweeten their lollies. Some common sugar alcohols are: Maltitol (E965), Sorbitol (E420), Xylitol (E967). When products add sugar alcohols, they sometimes have to state the following: “excess consumption may cause a laxative effect”. That’s because sugar alcohols can be poorly absorbed by our digestive system in certain amounts.

Keep your FUNDAY Chews somewhere cool and dry. They’ll be a little firmer in the cold and softer when it’s warm - both totally normal! Once opened, seal them back up in their pack or pop them into an airtight container to keep them at their chewy best.

We are so sorry to hear that your most recent experience with our Chews hasn't been a positive one! Environmental factors can play a part in the texture of our Chews, including how they are transported and stored before purchase, and can sometimes be susceptible to getting a touch melty in warmer environments. We recommend popping them in the fridge for a short while to help them firm up a bit, this usually does the trick! 

When our Chews are in warmer environments, they can become a bit softer or slightly melty, which may cause the packaging to shift or press into the candy. Once they’re back in a cooler spot, the Chews firm up again, and this can sometimes make it look like the wrapping has become a bit embedded. The product is still safe to enjoy, and we recommend gently warming the Chew in your hand for a few moments, as this can help loosen the wrapper and make it easier to remove. We totally understand this isn't ideal though and take quality feedback seriously!
