How do I join the FUNDAY Subscription Squad?

  • Joining the FUNDAY Subscription Squad is easy peach-y! Simply click the monthly (28 day) subscription on any of our product page, and your subscription status will be automatically applied at checkout.

When will I receive my subscription order?

  • After you join the Subscription Squad please allow for 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. After that, you will be billed every 28 days, just prior to the your FUNDAY subscription order leaving our warehouse.

Can I choose what is included in my FUNDAY subscription?

  • Your subscription is 100% customisable! You can choose what FUNDAY goodies you'd like delivered monthly to your door.

Do I get any discounts when I join the Subscription Squad?

  • When you sign up to the FUNDAY Subscription Squad we'll treat ya to 10% off EVERY order (how sweet is that!).

Will I be charged shipping on my subscription order?

  • When you add 2 or more boxes to your subscription order, we'll treat ya to free shipping!

Can I change the address for the next subscription box?

  • Absolutely! Log into your account here. Under ‘My subscription’ click ‘Edit your subscription.’ Under your delivery address, click edit and enter in your new address (and make sure to hit ‘Save’!).
    Please note: your address must be changed three business days before your billing cycle for us to send your next order to your updated address.

I'm not going to be home this month, can I skip my FUNDAY delivery?

  • You sure can! You can skip or pause your subscription anytime.
    Just login to your account here, click on ‘Subscription’ and request to skip the next delivery. You won’t be billed as long as you provide 3 business days’ notice.

Can I cancel my FUNDAY subscription? How do I cancel?

  • Yes, you can skip a box or cancel your FUNDAY Subscription anytime by logging into your account here.

Can I give this subscription as a gift?

  • At this time our FUNDAY subscription is not available for gifting. If you are looking to gift a mate some FUNDAY treats, we recommend checking out our e-gift cards here!
