FUNDAY x VASELINE GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is Better Confectionery Pty Ltd trading as FUNDAY Natural Sweets (“FUNDAY” or “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies and suppliers directly associated with this promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 12:00am NZDT on 12 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZDT on 30 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must submit a valid email address via the promotional entry form during the Promotion Period.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address. Any additional entries may be deemed invalid.
5. Prizes
There are five (5) prizes to be won.
Each winner will receive one (1) exclusive FUNDAY x Vaseline bundle, containing a selection of FUNDAY and Vaseline products.
Each prize is valued at approximately AUD $80, with a total prize pool valued at approximately AUD $400.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If any component of a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Draw
Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on 1 December 2026 at the Promoter’s offices.
Each winner will receive one (1) FUNDAY x Vaseline bundle.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry within two (2) business days of the draw.
Winners must respond within seven (7) days of being contacted and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of their prize.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered to a valid New Zealand delivery address supplied by each winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for a prize that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by a winner.
9. Privacy & Marketing Communications
By entering, entrants acknowledge that their personal information will be collected and used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion, including verifying entries, contacting winners and delivering prizes.
Where an entrant has consented to receive marketing communications, their personal information may also be used by FUNDAY to send news, offers, promotions and other marketing communications in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy and electronic messaging laws.
Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
10. General
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise acts fraudulently or improperly.
If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies available under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
