Sale T&C's
These Sale Terms & Conditions (“Sale T&Cs”) apply to all orders placed during FUNDAY Sweets sales events. By placing an order during a sale, you agree to these Sale T&Cs.
1. Use of Discount Codes during a Sale
- All discount codes, including any subscription, loyalty rewards, review rewards or similar codes, are not valid during a sale period unless explicitly stated otherwise in the sale promotion.
- We cannot apply discount codes retrospectively once an order has been placed during a sale
- Discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount codes, or promotions.
2. Exclusions
- Discount codes and sale pricing cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards.
3. Orders Placed Outside the Sale Period
- Orders placed before or after the sale period will not be eligible for the sale prices or any new promotions announced after those orders.
- We cannot reimburse, adjust, or refund the difference for orders placed prior to a new sale starting.
4. Shipping & Processing Times During Sale Periods
- During Black Friday we receive tens of thousands of orders. Due to the influx of orders in such a short period of time, our dispatch times from our warehouse can be expected to be delayed up to 10 - 15 days after your order has been placed.
- Once your order is packed and dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information. Keep this handy for all your up-to-date tracking information.
- Once your order leaves our warehouse it will be delivered as quickly as possible by the carrier, however, carriers are experiencing major delays with their delivery networks so your delivery may take longer than expected to arrive.
- Carrier delays are completely outside of our control and we can not speed up delivery once it leaves our warehouse, which means you will also need to allow for any postal delays due to the increase in items shipped for the Holiday period.
- It is common during this period for delayed updates on your tracking information as Australia Post processes millions of additional parcels during this period.
5. Customer Responsibility & Communication
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they place their order during the sale period if they wish to receive sale pricing.
- Requests to apply discounts retroactively, or to combine offers after purchase, will generally not be honoured unless explicitly stated in the policy.
- We appreciate your understanding, especially as a small business, that we must apply these rules uniformly to be fair to all customers.
6. Changes to These Terms
- FUNDAY Sweets reserves the right to modify, restrict, or cancel any sale or promotion at any time, without prior notice.
- These Sale T&Cs may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
