Shipping

 

We will process your order within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 2 – 5 business days for delivery (depending on your location).

 

As our products are gummy based and storage conditions are 5-25 celcius we must take this into consideration when shipping. The last thing we want it to ship you out melted products. We may touch base with you to make alternative shipping arrangements.

 

Note, deliveries to Western Australia or Northern Territory can take between 5 - 10 business days.

 

Please note, orders placed from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays will not be processed until the next business day available. We deliver internationally however free domestic shipping does not apply.

 

PRE-ORDERS

If FUNDAY offers pre-orders to its customers, the above shipping and dispatch times are not to be followed and the dates and times communicated by FUNDAY should be used by customers.

 

FUNDAY does not accept any liability if dispatch or delivery dates are later than what was communicated.

 

Whilst we do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered on time, Funday cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, courier issues, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of our couriers, Australia Post, or other logistics provider.

 

Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Funday. If this is the case, please contact the logistics provider immediately, they often have more information than what is available online. Otherwise, please contact us at hello@fundaysweets.com directly and we can discuss your options.

Refunds

 

We do not refund for change of mind, however, our goods do come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault or failure.

 

You are also entitled to have the goods or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
