Where we are required to keep records for tax, accounting or legal reasons, we keep them for that period.

So we can protect your information, we will ask you to confirm a few details we already hold, usually the email address you gave us. We will respond within 45 days, and will let you know if we need more time.

You can also authorize someone else to make a request for you. We will ask for written proof that you gave them permission.

11. Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email info@fundaysweets.com and we will delete it.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Our promotions are open only to adults, and the eligibility requirements are set out in the rules for each promotion.

FUNDAY is part of an Australian business, and colleagues in Australia help us with marketing, content and customer service. That means your information may be accessed from or stored in Australia as well as the United States. Wherever it goes, we take steps to protect it.
