Egg-citing Easter Treat: FUNDAY Rocky Road Bites!
Hoppy Easter, sweeties! We’re so egg-cited to let the Easter fun begin with our FUNDAY Rocky Road Easter Bites! Packed with a mix of FUNDAY goodness and crunchy biscuits, they’re the perfect little snack delight. We’ve gone all out with Easter-themed moulds, but hey, if you can’t find those, any baking dish will work its charm!
These bites are a breeze to whip up with minimal ingredients and taste delicious! And if you’re feeling extra generous, why not whip up a double batch to share during your Easter day celebrations?
Ingredients:
1 block sugar free chocolate (approx 200g)
Digestive Biscuits, chopped

Method:
1) Melt the chocolate completely until smooth.
2) Roughly cut the lollies into smaller pieces and mix them with the melted chocolate, along with the biscuits.
3) Transfer spoonful’s of the mixture into your Easter moulds (or baking dish), ensuring they are filled with enough chocolate.
4) Place the filled moulds in the fridge to set completely, for at least 3 hours.
5) Once set, remove the chocolates from the moulds and enjoy.
